All of our group project helped me learn how to work together with people I usually would not work with, which is a lot of what I had to do at work. I also learned a lot of communication skills from AOIT which is a very big part of any business but especially a business with customers. Giving presentations has given me the confidence to speak in front of strangers which helps a lot with customer service. I wish I would have learned the challenges of working and having to deal with unhappy customers.
