AOIT Morningstar Marina Internship Blog 1

There are nine different Morningstar Marinas, all of them located at some type of lake. The purpose of Morningstar Marina is to store boats (wet and dry slips), detail boats, provide gas and rent boats and jet skis. Basically to take care of every ones needs to have the best day they can while on the water. The customers at Morningstar Marina is anyone that lives or is just visiting the lake. My job was a dock hand which meant I stayed on the dock most days unless I was in the office. My responsibilities were to clean rental boats, open and close the gas dock, schedule rentals online, use the online directory for owners boat access, rental check outs, garden maintenance, and doing the overview log report to close out the register.
