The work atmosphere was mostly calm our boss made all of the big decisions and everyone else made little decisions on their own as the day went on. It is very cooperative, everyone got along and worked together to get things done in the best way as fast as possible. We had a uniform that everyone had to wear which consisted of khaki mid length shorts, a button down fishing company shirt, and closed toed shoes. Morningstar Marina expects their employees to show up on time, be friendly and courteous to their customers, and treat each other with respect.
